Current Projects:
- I am creating and modifying data mining tools for the purpose of analyzing
micro-satellite instances to determine if they have any causal relationship with transcription factor binding sites.
What I am doing in the lab
- My main focus in the lab is creating software to allow for easier data mining and analysis.
What I do outside the Lab:
I love to read novels. I also really enjoy
taking classes. I watch a lot of movies and also enjoy cooking.
